Refund policy

Our GardenTap guarantee offers 14 day coverage against any issues found upon delivery or pickup. We may require product photographs showing damage or health of the plant or issues with hard goods. All emails should be sent to info@gardentap.ca before 14 days. GardenTap reserves the right to replace the plant or product with an equal or higher value replacement or equivalent substitute. Where a replacement or substitution cannot be made, a credit of the purchase cost, less shipping, will be applied to your account in terms of a discount code on your next order.

To protect the nurseries we work with, returns are not possible after this timeframe to protect from pests or diseases once it has left our possession. Please continue to monitor the health of your plant and water accordingly prior to planting.

Please contact us immediately if you have an issue with your plant so we may provide advice or rectify the situation.
