Growing Tips & Maintenance
- Ninebark grows best in a well-drained, fertile soil, however, they are very hardy and adaptable and will tolerate a wide range of soil types and conditions. Prune by removing dead twigs after flowering.
Additional Notes
- Native to OntarioLarval host for several native moths and butterflies. The flowers attract many species of bees and some flies. The fruit is eaten by various birds in winter.
